Volunteer: Kitchen Meal Preparation

Volunteer Role: Hot Meal Plating

Assist our professional kitchen staff with plating hot meals into sealed trays for same-day delivery. Volunteers will work on a production line, using utensils to portion and serve meal components.

Dress Code & Safety Requirements Hairnet required; beard net required if applicable
Long pants and a t-shirt with regular sleeves are required Aprons will be providedComfortable, non-revealing, warehouse-appropriate clothing is requiredClosed-toe, non-slip shoes are mandatory for safety; tennis shoes are highly recommended No sandals or flip-flops, No extremely short skirts, shorts, or dresses, No low-cut shirts Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Some lifting and bending may be required Primarily stationary work while serving food Volunteers may be exposed to food allergens and cleaning chemicals At the end of the shift, all volunteers are expected to participate in cleaning the work area Additional Information Volunteer placements are subject to availability.
